HOW LONG DOES THE EVENT LAST?

Event duration varies depending on the experience. The scheduled start and end time will always be displayed on the individual event page. Guests are welcome to arrive within the stated arrival window and stay for the duration of the experience. Doors typically open at 7:00 PM, and most events continue into the early hours of the morning.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code varies by experience and will be stated on the event page or booking information. Unless otherwise specified, dress to impress — polished, intentional, and appropriate for the atmosphere of the evening. Guests who do not meet a stated dress code may be refused entry.

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Unless an event specifically states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. This includes changes of plans, late arrival, early departure, and no-shows. If Luscious Luxury cancels an event, affected guests will be informed of the available options, which may include a refund, transfer, or event credit.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?

Yes. Luscious Luxury is strictly 18+. You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of legal majority where higher, to create an account, purchase a ticket, or attend an experience. Valid age verification may be required.
