We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the operation of Luscious Luxury.

2. Member Privacy

Luscious Luxury is designed with discretion in mind.

Member profiles are not publicly displayed on the website.

Members may use a display name rather than their full legal name where appropriate.

Hostesses cannot browse private member identities through the platform.

Private member information is not published as public club content unless a member expressly chooses to provide information for a feature that requires publication.

Access to private account information is restricted according to the functionality and permissions of the platform.

3. Hostess Profiles

Hostesses may submit profile information and photographs for review and publication.

Approved profile information may be visible to members or other users according to the access controls of the platform.

Information a hostess chooses to publish may include:

  • display name;

  • profile photographs;

  • country and city;

  • profile description;

  • languages;

  • physical characteristics;

  • companionship preferences;

  • availability-related information; and

  • contact information where the hostess chooses to make it available.

Hostesses should only submit information and photographs they are comfortable having displayed according to the applicable profile visibility settings.

Information submitted during registration or a profile update may be retained while the submission is reviewed.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • create and administer accounts;

  • review and verify registrations;

  • manage account approvals;

  • manage memberships and renewals;

  • verify payments;

  • process event bookings and reservations;

  • manage event attendance;

  • review hostess applications and profile updates;

  • operate member and hostess features;

  • provide customer support;

  • communicate account, membership, payment, booking, or event information;

  • investigate reports, fraud, abuse, or security concerns;

  • protect users and the platform;

  • prevent misuse of our services;

  • maintain appropriate transaction and business records;

  • improve the operation of Luscious Luxury; and

  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for purposes that are materially unrelated to the reason it was collected without an appropriate legal basis.

5. Basis for Processing

Depending on the circumstances, we may process personal information because:

  • it is necessary to administer your account, membership, payment, or booking;

  • we have a legitimate operational, safety, fraud-prevention, or security interest; or

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.

6. Payment Information

Memberships, renewals, event tickets, and other services may require payment verification.

Where applicable, we may collect:

  • payment amount;

  • payment date;

  • telephone number associated with a transaction where necessary; and

  • other information reasonably required to verify or investigate the payment.

Payment information may be used to:

  • verify transactions;

  • activate memberships;

  • maintain transaction records;

  • investigate fraudulent or disputed transactions; and

  • process approved refunds where applicable.

We do not publish payment information or make it available to other members or hostesses.

If you contact Luscious Luxury through email, messaging services, social media, or another official communication channel, we may retain relevant communications where reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to enquiries;

  • provide customer support;

  • verify payments;

  • manage memberships or reservations;

  • investigate reports;

  • resolve disputes; or

  • protect the safety and security of the platform.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through communication channels.

8. Event Information

When you register for or attend a Luscious Luxury experience, we may process information necessary to:

  • verify your booking;

  • confirm payment;

  • manage attendance;

  • communicate event details;

  • maintain booking records; and

  • address safety, security, or privacy incidents.

Luscious Luxury does not publish guest lists as public event content.

Rules concerning photography, recording, mobile phones, confidentiality, consent, and guest conduct are governed by our Terms of Use and any event-specific rules.

Luscious Luxury may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the website.

These technologies may be used to:

  • maintain secure login sessions;

  • remember relevant preferences;

  • maintain website security;

  • prevent abuse;

  • provide account functionality; and

  • understand basic website performance.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel.

If we introduce advertising, analytics, or additional tracking technologies in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide any cookie controls or notices required by applicable law.

You may also control certain cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect website functionality.

Private member information is not disclosed to other members or hostesses simply because they use Luscious Luxury.

Some technology providers used by Luscious Luxury may operate infrastructure or servers outside Kenya.

As a result, personal information may in some circumstances be processed or stored outside Kenya.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards for personal information processed internationally.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against:

  • unauthorised access;

  • unauthorised disclosure;

  • loss;

  • misuse;

  • alteration; and

  • destruction.

Access to administrative systems and private account information is restricted according to operational requirements.

However, no website, database, or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your Luscious Luxury account has been compromised, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or where continued retention is reasonably necessary for:

  • account administration;

  • membership records;

  • transaction and payment records;

  • fraud prevention;

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be securely deleted or anonymised.

Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every transaction, security, or legal record where continued retention is reasonably necessary or required by law.

16. Account & Profile Removal

Members may request closure or deletion of their accounts.

Hostesses may request removal of their profiles.

Where an account or profile is removed, information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

Certain information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security, administrative, or dispute-resolution purposes.

17. Marketing Communications

Where Luscious Luxury sends promotional communications, you may request to stop receiving them.

Account, payment, security, membership, booking, or event communications that are necessary to provide a service may still be sent where appropriate.

Opting out of promotional communications does not automatically close your account or membership.

18. Children's Privacy

Luscious Luxury is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over, or the applicable age of legal majority where higher.

We do not knowingly provide accounts, memberships, hostess profiles, or event access to persons below the required age.

If we become aware that an ineligible minor has provided personal information, we may take appropriate steps to remove the information and terminate the associated account.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

The latest version will be published on the Luscious Luxury website with an updated Last Updated date.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated to registered users.
