Welcome to Luscious Luxury, a private, members-only social club offering curated lifestyle experiences, exclusive events, member benefits, and optional hostess profile visibility for verified adults.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or ticket, making a booking, or attending a Luscious Luxury experience, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Adult Access Only

Luscious Luxury is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • you are legally an adult;

  • you may legally access adult-oriented social content;

  • all information you provide is accurate; and

  • you will comply with these Terms.

Anyone under the required age may not register, purchase tickets, create a profile, or attend a Luscious Luxury experience.

2. Nature of the Platform

Luscious Luxury is a private social club.

We organise private adults-only social experiences, lifestyle events, networking evenings, themed gatherings, and member-exclusive experiences.

The platform may also display approved hostess profiles for networking and social discovery purposes.

Interactions between adults take place voluntarily and independently.

3. Accounts

Certain areas of Luscious Luxury require an approved account.

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;

  • keeping their login details confidential;

  • protecting access to their accounts; and

  • notifying Luscious Luxury if they believe an account has been compromised.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by another person without permission.

Registration does not guarantee approval.

Account verification may take up to 24 hours.

4. Hostess Profiles

Approved hostesses may choose to display profiles within the platform.

Profile approval, visibility, suspension, or removal is subject to Luscious Luxury's moderation and platform standards.

Luscious Luxury does not:

  • employ hostesses merely because they maintain a profile;

  • negotiate private arrangements between members and hostesses;

  • supervise private communications;

  • guarantee meetings;

  • guarantee availability; or

  • represent a hostess in independently arranged interactions.

Any private communication or meeting between adults occurs at their own discretion and responsibility.

Hostess profiles and associated features may require an active hostess membership where such membership requirements apply.

5. Member Memberships

Luscious Luxury may offer different membership plans with different durations, prices, benefits, discounts, and levels of access.

Membership benefits may include:

  • member pricing;

  • discounted event tickets;

  • priority booking;

  • exclusive experiences;

  • member-only content;

  • access to approved hostess profiles;

  • Hotlist features;

  • lifestyle resources; and

  • additional benefits announced by the club.

Membership does not guarantee admission to every event.

Experiences may have limited capacity, separate ticket fees, eligibility requirements, or event-specific conditions.

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.

6. Hostess Memberships

Luscious Luxury may offer membership plans or subscription requirements specifically for hostesses.

Where an active hostess membership is required, expiry may result in:

  • reduced profile visibility;

  • profile hiding;

  • loss of membership features;

  • removal of membership benefits; or

  • restriction of hostess-only functionality until renewal.

Hostess membership does not guarantee profile approval, continued profile visibility, enquiries, contacts, meetings, bookings, or any particular outcome.

Hostess profiles remain subject to platform standards and moderation regardless of membership status.

7. Membership Duration & Renewal

Membership duration depends on the plan purchased.

Luscious Luxury may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, or other membership periods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • memberships do not renew automatically;

  • renewal requires a new payment;

  • membership remains inactive after expiry until renewed; and

  • membership-only benefits may become unavailable upon expiry.

Renewal is not complete until the applicable payment has been successfully verified.

8. Payments

Memberships, tickets, renewals, private bookings, and other services may require payment verification.

Where manual payment verification applies, users must provide the requested transaction or payment reference.

Submitting a payment or payment reference does not automatically activate a membership or confirm a booking.

Payment must first be successfully verified.

Verification may take up to 24 hours.

Current payment instructions are displayed on the relevant payment or booking page and may be updated from time to time.

9. Event Bookings & Confirmation

Luscious Luxury experiences may have limited attendance.

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • the required payment has been received;

  • payment has been successfully verified; and

  • Luscious Luxury has confirmed the reservation where confirmation is required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment at the entrance or on the day of an event is not accepted.

An unpaid or unverified reservation does not reserve a space.

An event may sell out before an advertised booking deadline.

10. Event Tickets

Tickets are valid only for:

  • the event stated;

  • the applicable event date;

  • the ticket category purchased; and

  • the number or type of guests covered by the booking.

A Single Ticket admits one eligible guest.

A Couple Ticket admits two eligible guests under the same booking.

Tickets may not be reused after admission.

11. Guest Cancellations & No-Shows

Unless different conditions are expressly stated for a particular experience, confirmed event tickets are non-refundable where the guest chooses not to attend.

This includes:

  • change of mind;

  • scheduling conflicts;

  • failure to attend;

  • late arrival;

  • early departure; and

  • failure to meet applicable admission requirements.

Failure to attend a confirmed event is considered a no-show.

A no-show does not automatically qualify for:

  • a refund;

  • replacement ticket;

  • event credit; or

  • transfer to another experience.

Any exception approved by Luscious Luxury applies only to that particular booking and does not create a future entitlement.

12. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Luscious Luxury.

Where a transfer is approved, the replacement guest must satisfy any applicable:

  • age requirement;

  • verification requirement;

  • dress code;

  • event eligibility requirement; and

  • club or venue rule.

A requested transfer is not valid until it has been approved.

13. Event Cancellation by Luscious Luxury

If Luscious Luxury cancels an event, affected guests will be informed of the available options.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include:

  • transfer to a rescheduled date;

  • event credit;

  • transfer to another eligible experience; or

  • a refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate available payment method.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

14. Event Postponements & Changes

Where an event is postponed, confirmed bookings may be transferred to the rescheduled date.

Luscious Luxury may also make reasonable changes to:

  • venue;

  • schedule;

  • programme;

  • entertainment;

  • activities; or

  • other operational details.

Material changes will be communicated to confirmed guests where reasonably practicable.

For privacy and security reasons, the exact location of a private experience may be provided only to confirmed guests and may be communicated closer to the event.

15. Event Admission

Entry may be refused or revoked where a guest:

  • does not meet the applicable age requirement;

  • materially violates the dress code;

  • appears excessively intoxicated;

  • behaves aggressively or abusively;

  • harasses guests or staff;

  • threatens another person's privacy or safety;

  • provides materially false information;

  • breaches event or venue rules; or

  • violates these Terms.

A refund is not automatically available where entry is refused because of the guest's failure to comply with applicable admission requirements or these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Private Bookings

Private experiences, curated celebrations, and custom events may be subject to separate quotations and booking conditions.

Issuing a quotation does not reserve a date, venue, or service.

A private booking is confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been satisfied and confirmation has been issued by Luscious Luxury.

17. Consultation Fees

A KES 2,000 consultation fee may apply to private bookings, custom event enquiries, and quotations where stated.

The consultation fee covers the consultation and work involved in assessing and preparing the requested experience or quotation.

Payment of the consultation fee does not reserve an event date, venue, or service.

18. Quotation Validity

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

After the validity period expires:

  • pricing may change;

  • venue availability may change;

  • supplier availability may change; and

  • a revised quotation may be required.

19. Private Booking Deposits

Unless different terms are stated in the applicable quotation, a 50% deposit is required to reserve a private experience or curated event.

A date or service is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.

The remaining balance and payment deadline will be stated in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions specific to a private booking may also be stated in its quotation and will form part of that booking.

20. Privacy & Confidentiality

Discretion is a core value of Luscious Luxury.

Members, hostesses, and guests must respect the privacy of everyone using the platform and attending our experiences.

Without permission, you may not:

  • photograph another guest;

  • record video or audio;

  • livestream;

  • publish private member information;

  • distribute private hostess information;

  • disclose confidential event information; or

  • share another person's private contact information obtained through the platform.

Certain private experiences operate a No Phones policy.

Where a No Phones policy applies, guests must comply with the instructions provided by Luscious Luxury.

Serious privacy violations may result in immediate removal, account suspension, or permanent loss of access.

21. Consent & Respect

Every interaction must be based on clear and voluntary consent.

Users and guests must not:

  • pressure or coerce another person;

  • harass;

  • stalk;

  • intimidate;

  • threaten;

  • blackmail;

  • impersonate;

  • engage in unwanted physical contact; or

  • deliberately disregard another person's boundaries.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Attendance at an event, membership, previous interaction, flirting, dancing, or socialising does not constitute consent to physical or intimate activity.

Respect for personal boundaries is a condition of participation.

22. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Luscious Luxury to:

  • engage in unlawful activity;

  • exploit or harm another person;

  • use stolen or fraudulent identities;

  • impersonate another person;

  • commit fraud;

  • distribute malicious software;

  • promote violence;

  • facilitate human trafficking or exploitation;

  • distribute unlawful content;

  • circumvent account restrictions or suspensions; or

  • otherwise violate applicable law.

Accounts reasonably suspected of unlawful activity may be restricted, suspended, investigated, or reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

23. Fraudulent or Unverified Payments

A membership or booking associated with a fraudulent, reversed, disputed, incomplete, or unverifiable payment may be cancelled or suspended.

Providing a false payment reference does not create a valid membership or booking and may result in account restriction.

24. Account Suspension & Termination

Luscious Luxury may, where reasonably justified:

  • refuse an application;

  • suspend an account;

  • hide or remove a hostess profile;

  • terminate a membership;

  • deny event entry;

  • revoke access;

  • reject a renewal; or

  • permanently restrict a user.

This may occur because of safety concerns, privacy violations, payment issues, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, repeated misconduct, or violations of these Terms.

25. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Luscious Luxury owns or has permission to use its website content, branding, graphics, logos, original written materials, and designs.

You may not copy, reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute protected Luscious Luxury material without permission.

26. Limitation of Liability

Luscious Luxury provides a private social platform and curated experiences.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luscious Luxury is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • independent personal interactions between users;

  • private agreements between adults;

  • travel arrangements;

  • loss of personal belongings;

  • conduct of another attendee; or

  • independently arranged meetings outside Luscious Luxury events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

27. Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, memberships, booking practices, operating requirements, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on the Luscious Luxury website with its updated date.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated to registered users.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or use of Luscious Luxury will be handled in accordance with applicable Kenyan law, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
